Lysa comes from a contact center organization where she has worn many hats and managed multiple departments. She started as a CSR and quickly moved up the ladder of management. She has overseen the day to day production of 20+ clients, managed up to 75 employees, 30+ off shore employees, built software systems to enhance production, maintained production of training and quality assurance, scheduling, and has a love for daily reporting. When Lysa is away from work, she enjoys hunting, fishing, playing football along with baseball, and spending time with her three small children.
